THE 12u LOUISVILLE LADY SLUGGERS-KY ’02 Fastpitch Softball Team, based out of LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY, will be holding an open Tryout for the upcoming Fall2013/Spring2014 Season. This will be a First Year 12u Team with girl’s birthdate within the year 2002.
The Tryout will be held on Saturday August 10th, 2013 from 2-4pm at Ballard High School Softball Facility – 6000 Brownsboro Rd, Louisville KY. In the event of inclement weather, we will use the indoor facility, so there will not be a question if rain is in the forecast. Please bring tennis shoes along with your cleats. If there are girls that are unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, please contact us so we can set up a private workout on a date that works for your Family. Please show up 30-45 minutes early to register and warm up, as we will start promptly at 2pm.
We are a competitive organization that aims to teach our girls how to play Fastpitch Softball at the highest level. We are looking for girls and families that are dedicated to competing at this level. This Team will travel and play out of State in search of the most competitive Tournaments to compete against the best Teams. Everything we do in this Season will be in preparation to compete in the ASA/USA Nationals which will be held at the end of July 2014. To compete on a National level takes HEART, ATTITUDE, and EFFORT.
