Here are my numbers on week 5:
W4D1: 2.10 miles, 21:01 minutes, 10:00 min/mile
W4D2: 2.07 miles, 21:01 minutes, 10:07 min/mile
W4D3: 2.80 miles, 27:27 minutes, 9:48 min/mile (the c25k schedule was 20 minutes, I went to my 5k-route again and cut it a bit short because 20mph headwind annoyed me )
I will still keep going with the interval-training and try to improve my pace over distance. The regular workout on the days between the runs are showing improvements too (Pushups, Planls, Situps), so all in all its going great .
