Re: My last run was...how was yours?

First contribution to the boards...started running on a regular basis last October and took about a month break in Feb because of snow cover.  No running program, just got out there and ran.  49YO male, was a bit overweight when I started but have lost about 20 pounds.

 

Last run was yesterday morning, temps in low 50s and cloudy, usual distance of about 4.25 miles.  Really pushed it and got my time just under 36:00.  Want to run a 10K in a few weeks and I should break 1:00:00 but I'm really shooting for 55:00.  Do wish I could run faster, compared to how I was at the start I've made progress but I've definintely plateaued.
