I'm new...I've never run or exercised in my life. I repeated week one bc my legs hurt the first week and I only did 2 days. I've never had any injuries to my legs, knees, feet etc. This week I did 3 days and my knee is killing me. I stretch before & after I run, I run on the street, I (think) have good sneakers. I really want to go onto week 2 but idk if I can at this point. Advice please? This sucks. Should I wear a knee brace or something when I run? Should I just start with walking instead? Should I rest? Should I do week one over again for a 3rd time? I'm not doing c25k to run a 5k...I'm just doing it for myself, to lose weight (10lbs) & be healthy...if that matters. I'm 137 lbs, 5'2 ft, 37 year old female. No health issues that I'm aware of....besides seasonal allergies. Thanks in advance all!
