Goal and training. 200m/400m

Hey guys!

 

I have set a big goal forthe next season , I want to run 52.xx in the 400m and 23.xx in 200m. Some say it's impossible , but I belive that I can do that.

 

About me : 17 years old. Slim built. 70 Kg. 1.87m height. I have been training in T&F for one year. My current PB's are - 400m - 55.63  200m - 24.81 (+2.1w)  Indoors - 60m - 7.74 and 300m - 39.76.

In the 300m and 400m I feel like dying in the end I just don't run I just jump on my toes and lose speed.

 

Now I am training 12 times a week- Monday :30 min jog + 2 hours volleyball in the evening Tuesday : 15 min warm up + strecing/excercises + 6x100m strides + Some kind of speed work (ladder/5x150m/10x60m or something like that) + 4 strides +cooldown Wendsday : 30 min jog + Weights (Arms/Upper body) Thursday: The same as in Tuesday Friday : Weights (Legs) + Volleyball Saturday: 15 min warm up + Hill sprints ( 6x150m) + Weights ( Arms + Core ) Sunday: 15 min warm up + Hills + weights (Legs + Core)

 

Any advices? Should I take something off and replace it with something else? I am training alone so I am not too experienced in making traing plans, I just make somthing up when I warm up.

P.S I also want to try running 100m any time soon. I think I can do it around 12.2
