Increase your young athletes overall sports performance and improve his/her cardiovascular system while they exercise and condition.
The 1-hour 20-minute Sports Conditioning Workshop is designed to improve speed, quickness, agility, and stamina. Each week the camp will focus on different speed & agility exercises. Workshop #2-Speed & Agility / Functional Fitness Circuit
The Sports Conditioning Workshops will consist of the following:
- Dynamic warm-up& proper running technique
- Agility drills using cones, ladders & hurdles
- Cross fitness training with focus on corestrength /conditioning using body weight, medicine balls & resistance bands
- Sprint / running conditioning
- Injury prevention& proper stretching
This Sports Conditioning Workshop is open to athletes ages 12-18 and will be held on Sat April 26th@9:00am in Whittier, CA. *High School Players, All-Stars / Club Teams / Travel Ball Players welcomed*
