Re: New runner, started C25K and suffering lots of shin/ankle pain, maybe bad technique?

I can try to get a video of my full body this weekend and put it up, and I could also have one at regular speed in addition to slow motion.

 

What is a good way to get myself to bend my knees more? I think I tried doing it before and just struggled in trying to avoid fully extending and locking my legs and knees, especially when i don't actively focus on it.

 

I've read a little bit more about barefoot running today. Would that help me adjust my technique so I would bend my knees more? Are the risks involved worth trying barefoot style out? What about wearing the minimal/toe shoes while running/training?
