I'm not a fan of chiro or PT because I can't afford having to come in for multiple visits. I just want to focus on finding a pair of shoes right now. I got nearly 300 out of nimbus and 180 out of Pegasus. That tells me that Pegasus may not be a very good shoe. Of course with the price difference, two pairs of Pegasus would technically get me further than one pair of Numbus at the same price.
I'm not ready to turn this into a medical issue if just finding the right shoe will resolve it.
